Welcome to the website for the Corbett-Terwilliger-Lair Hill (CTLH) Neighborhood Association. The CTLH neighborhood is in Southwest Portland, Oregon. For a .pdf  map click here.

This Neighborhood Association exists to provide a forum where residents can  meet, discuss their concerns and wishes for their neighborhood, and get  neighborhood problems solved.  It is dedicated to preserving this little  corner of Portland as a beautiful, vibrant place where livability is  protected and enhanced!

Our residents are urged to drop in on a Board meeting, contact a Board member  regarding a rumor or concern, or come to a committee meeting.  What a great  way to meet people who share your concerns and to participate in solving the very real problems that will always occur in an urban neighborhood.  You are wanted and welcome!
